Itinerary Planning Fee

Payable upfront and are non-deductible, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If flight only there will be no itinerary planning fee.

International Journeys

NOTE that deposits are generally non-refundable and once full payment has been made the cancellation cost can be as much as 100%. SO Travel reserves the right to charge 10% of your booking as our advisory fee in the case of cancellation, even for refundable booking items.

Any credit card payments will incur a 3% merchant fee.
